"I Start Early" is a program for the youngest beginner ship modellers compiled at the School of Ship Modeling ZTKDU in Dubrovnik. The program includes work with students from 7 years of age and up.
TUG is a model on which the youngest participants meet laser-cut elements for the first time. They need to clean the darkened edges from them, assemble the elements and glue them. Coloring this model through practice introduces future modelers to the secrets of the process. The printed planking is to be cut from cardboard by use of scissors and glued to the model.
This is a completely wooden model with a colored cardboard planking. Its length is 27,5cm.
The instruction is written in Croatian only. This is exceptional for this model. Other models have instructions written in both English and Italian.

First contact with laser cuts will show you the secrets of building models. The sccuracy of construction is already guaranteed by precisely cut elements that are glued together. After assembly their edges are sanded with sandpaper on a wooden block. ''I Start Early'' is fully correct.

At the moment, the line contains two models: TUG 01 ISE 27,5cm I Start Early , intended for the youngest modelers ... and BATEL 02 ISE 33,4cm 1:12 I Start Early , reserved for some older.

After establishing the use of laser cut parts we continue your training as a complete course Beginner set: Level 1 . It is MarisStella's program as an introduction to advanced ship modelling.
