• Payments For legal person is possible to pay by bank transfer or e-banking; it is possible to pay with a delay, if previously arranged.
For physical person is possible to pay for the offer which you get after order. All the data which need to be fulfilled for bank transfer or e-banking are
indicated on the order proposal. It is possible to pay by the envoice to the bank or post office. Cash on Delivery can be used as payment method only
for orders shipped within Croatia. It is possible to pay by credit or debit cards online by one or more instalments. It's also possible to pay by PayPal,
but in this case the Customer must pay additional fee.

For authorazation and payment by credit cards we use WS Pay. WS Pay which use the most modern standards to protect your datas – PCI DSS (The Payment Card Industry Data
Security Standard). With MasterCard, Visa and debit card Maestro apply 3D Secure Control program. Credit card numbers are not stored and are not accessible by
unauthorised persons.
• You can ask for offers and orders also via phone, fax, electronic mail or directly coming during working time to our showroom at the address Velebitska 82, Split.
• It is possible to get a dicount depending on the quantity, the payment method or as arranged in the confirmation order with MarisStella d.o.o.
• All prices are subject to change without prior notice due to any change in the market and/or purchase prices.
• Prices which are not listed are available on request.
• All payments are in Croatian Kunas. When you pay by credit cards the, as a result of the Currency Conversion, the price may slightly differ
from the one displayed on our website.
Shipping:
• Delivery charges are the responsability of Customer, unless agreed otherwise.
• Delivery times: as a rule, for items in stock 24 hours (or the first working day), for the others from 15 to 45 days from date order.
• At the time of delivery the Customer is required to check the condition of the packaging and visible external damage must be immediately contested to
the courier and refuse the delivery.
Seller is not responsible for damages occured during shipping and complains are not accepted after delivery.
Claims after delivery
Customer has the right to return the product after delivery without shipping costs if the product received is not the ordered one. The product must be fully intact.
Customer has the right to claim faulty products within 7 days of receipt of goods. In such case Customer must return faulty product in the original packaging,
then the Seller within 3 working days will send a replacement item, without any costs.
Privacy
The company MarisStella d.o.o. garantees the confidentiality of the data provided by the Customer during the registration process, and they won't be used for
other purposes. All collected informations are available only for employees in charge of such transactions.
