Comtesse Sailing Yacht Kit
The Comtesse is the image of a typical sailing yacht of the 70s and 80s. These rugged, mostly GRP boats still make up the classic image of marinas across Europe. There are numerous models from diverse shipyards and on the basis of this shapely hull many original yachts can certainly be modelled and equipped with numerous individual details.
At the same time, this shapely yacht offers very good sailing characteristics for the demanding sailor and is ideal for a relaxed afternoon at the lake. Thanks to its streamlined hull with moulded keel fin, the elegant Comtesse achieves remarkable speeds in light wind conditions. But even with stronger breezes can be easily sailed, as it is a capsize-safe keel boat. With its simple design and balanced handling, it will make it much easier for newcomers to model sailing.
With Comtesse, of course, all courses, from “cruising” against the wind to sailing “in front of the wind”, can be sailed effortlessly using the rudder and the sail adjustment, so that any point can be controlled and then sailed back to the starting point. The fittings set contains many visible fittings such as lamps, wheel and parts for the steering column, winches, stanchions and more.
The pictured wing keel is an optional part that significantly improves the sailing characteristics and righting moment of the Comtesse. This keel is also a good option for many other sailboats.

Prince 900 RTR Scale Sailing Yacht "Ready to Sail"
The Prince 900 is a very detailed classic-modern sailing yacht. It combines sporty design with high attention to detail and at the same time very high-quality workmanship and technology.
The hull is laminated in GRP technology and painted blue/white. The laser-engraved deck made of precious wood and the anti-slip deck reproduced and contrasting in colour on the foredeck offer a special optical attraction. The applied wooden deck is pre-painted. We recommend varnishing this with a clear varnish (e.g. "Lord Nelson") so that the wood is protected from moisture and does not swell.
Together with the plastic railing and many other fitting parts, which are only glued on, the result is a great model, which also looks great as a floor model at home.
The ballast keel is firmly screwed to the GRP keelboard and the entire keel can be screwed into the hull with only one nut. The rudder is also made of GRP.
Inside the fuselage, the fully assembled sail adjustment system with a sail winch offers state-of-the-art technology in a confined space that is completely invisible from the outside.
Rudder servo and linkage are also installed with the 4-channel 2.4 GHz remote control.
A carefully manufactured rig with coloured and reinforced spinnaker sails gives the model high-quality technology and the fast hull shape the best sailing characteristics.
The most important features:
GRP hull, white/blue lacquered and decorated
removable lacquered ballast keel
entire sail control invisibly below deck, completely mounted
2.4 GHz remote control for interference-free control commands
attractive detailing with wooden deck
practical access via two openings
high quality rig with spinnaker sails

Antares kit with GRP fuselage and laser-cut wooden parts as well as fittings. Further accessories, such as the rigging set and sails, are needed to complete the boat.
Realistic cutter yacht
The ANTARES is a cutter-tailed racing and touring yacht in the typical style of the 1920s with excellent sailing characteristics - even in stronger winds. Manfred Kaiser-Pletscher, MKP Modellbau, developed this model. The aim was to enable a model of this class with modern production processes also for the advanced beginner. The Antares is a special model for lovers of classic yachts due to its realistic appearance in detail, laser wooden deck and mahogany superstructures.
The model is certainly not a mass-produced model; although a finished epoxy hull is included in the kit and all wooden parts for the deck and superstructure are also available as laser parts, making construction quick and uncomplicated. The deck is completed completely outside the hull as a separate supporting assembly and only then glued into the hull as a whole. All materials required for construction are included. Only the fittings for rigging the mast, such as brass blocks, shroud tensioners, stainless steel cable, lines are included in the specially supplied rigging set, which is only needed later. For calm, an auxiliary drive has been installed in the model, which is available as an additional accessory set.
Drawings for the sails are included in 1:1. You can either purchase fabric to sew yourself or a finished set of sails. The detailed building instructions, in which each stage of construction is shown in pictures, and also describes the detailed control of the two headsails true to the original, and a detailed building plan make the construction of the model also possible for the non-expert without any problems. The equipment can be equipped with 2 or 3 sailing winches. The winches can also only be installed after the model has been completed.

Ariadne Sailing Yacht Construction Kit
40 sqm cruiser
The Ariadne is a classic sailing yacht of the early years of the 20th century. The numerous archipelago cruisers and classic wooden constructions of that time, based on a hull shape that was designed for problem-free and efficient model sailing with classic, elegant lines at the same time. An original construction by Manfred Gröning, which was further developed by Manfred Kaiser-Pletscher MKP Modellbau for modern production processes into an outstanding modular system.
This kit is designed as a complete kit, therefore contains the complete rig with mast, booms, sails and all material needed for rigging the mast. The kit also contains all fittings. Only an additional drive set with drive motor, shaft, propeller is optionally available - if desired. Sailing winch and remote control are required for operation.
A high-quality laminated GRP hull and laser-cut and engraved plywood parts form the basis for this precious modular system, which is comparatively simple and quick to build. Many wooden and etched brass fittings make this model an optical classic.
The sails are pre-cut and included in the kit. The jib is designed as a pendulum jib. A Genuaset is available as an accessory. Mast and booms are aluminium profiles.
The detailed building instruction makes the construction of the elaborate model also for the advanced beginner possible without any problems.
The standard version can be equipped with pendulum jib and winch. A retrofit set for a genoa sail is available as an accessory. For the treeless Genoa 2 additional winches are needed. The conversion to the genoa sail and the installation of the winches is also possible after completion of the model.

Century 750 RTR Sailing Ship
"Ready to sail"
The Century is a very attractive ready-built sailing boat for beginners in model sailing. Despite a rather low price the equipment is rather regatta-suited. A carefully manufactured and painted GRP hull ensures durability and low weight. The ballast keel and rudder are professionally made of GRP. The sails are cut out of high-quality spinnaker sailcloth and finished with all reinforcements. A carbon fibre mast and a professional rigging give the right understanding for model sailing and real sailing.
The entire sail control technology with modern 8 kg sail winch (not a simple servo) was deliberately laid on deck for understanding and easy maintenance. This is much easier to adjust and less prone to failure than constructions below deck and therefore ideal for the beginner.
A 2.4 GHz remote control ensures safe operation and the detailed installation and operating instructions leave hardly any questions unanswered.
Additionally 12 AA/LR06 batteries or rechargeable batteries are required to power the transmitter and receiver.
